Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 box Wild Rye Vanilla Frosting Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1-2 tablespoons milk (any kind)
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into a fine powder
Instructions:
- In a stand mixer (or using a hand mixer), beat the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the Wild Rye Vanilla Frosting Mix along with the strawberries and mix on low until incorporated.
- Increase the speed to medium-high, adding your milk slowly until your frosting is light, creamy, and perfectly spreadable. (You might not need much milk, that’s totally okay.)
- Taste and adjust—add more milk if you want it softer, or chill it briefly if you prefer it firmer for piping.
That’s it! Simple, stunning, and dangerously good.
